well its not realy able to use yet

they activated it on the usergroups admins and moderators

others can not get them yet

Pretty sure that's now allowed (and its quite annoying to see anyway).

On the old forums there were limits to when you could get your image signature. 31 karma = an image signature, before that you could only use text.

I don't know exactly how they do it on these forums, but I know the karma has been changed to reputation points. I had 30 karma before the forums went down, but I have no idea how many reputation points I need for my sig
