If I tell you they won't be down for 2more hours then trust me.
They said that as precaution in case the new stuff would have many issues. If magicly it appears there aren't any issues it could be up in 1 hour time instead of 5announced.
4-5Hours is if they get alot of issues.

You are really are being a nuisance here...
If I tell you they announce more than what they need just in case they encounter problems with the patch which didn't appear before uploading the patch.
