Why isnt there a US East Server?

I've noticed when playing Crossfire that there is no East server for United States. I live on the East coast so i think if there is a East server it would be better for US east players. When i play on a US server my ping is lower. So maybe if you can make an East server it would be even lower. I believe it would help out the east coast players alot.

But there used to be a US East server before. In fact I remember it was filled with latins and BRs and it was pretty hardcore to play there (sometimes)

This, people in the East US already have a good ping in the Alpha, Bravo Charlie and Foxtrox servers
