I can't log in

i open crossfire icon press startgame once it loads up i put in my user and pass and it keeps saying player all ready logged is using my account because i go to my account on the player list and i keep refreshing my kills and deaths to see if they ever change and they dont plz help me so i can log in

first off log into the z8 site itself and change your password incase someone is actualy using your account also if you have another account log in on the second one and pm your main see if you can whisper it or not (wont be an accurate test of sorts because sometimes you cant whisper people evan if they are online) after changing the password to your main account check if you can log in and if not then post a support ticket

Before you start your crossfire, make sure, all Crossfire processes are closed down. Is anybody else on your local network using your account? Is yes, tell him to stop so that you can login again..
If this problem still appears, you should contact the Support and ask them, if they can offer you some more help..
