crossfire.exe - application error

Been randomly getting this error for about 2 weeks now. Must happen about 5 times a day. Any idea what causes it?

happens to me too man always, never stops. id play one game and it closes

luckily it hasnt got that bad for me... yet. It seems to happen more when im in the lobby rather than in a game though.
