Item bugged? Cant change ingame name..

Hi,

I cant change my ingame name with the item that i have bought from the mall. When i click on USE and write my new name an press ok, it says that i dont have such item :S

GM can help me?

Hi, this is definitely a support issue. It sounds like a pretty specific problem and one that should easily be corrected.

Also make sure that your new name is a legal name as errors will occur if you try to name your character something that is filtered.

my friend had the same problem he changed his name but he wanted to change it back to what it was originaly and it took 4-5 days for some to help him get it back

After you make a name change you cannot go back to that same name spelled the same way for Example


Diztortion was my friend he went to

-Diz-

But tired to get Diztortion back couldn't so he had to be -Diztortion-

Son you will get a email about it within 24-48 hours at the least from my past emails.

email no, the email that i have used to register doesnt work anymore, cant login at it.. so what now?

What you wanna do it Change the email under My acc or User CP or something and that should do it as far as the support ticket goes might have to resend

anyway thx for help now i need to change my email but i cant do that at forum or my account page.. it there any other way to change it?
