please sticky this its a good flash game that will help get your aim better.

there are 3 opinions

fast aiming,exact aiming and press reaction

Exact aiming is just aim and shot the bubbles while they enlarge and shrink.

fast aiming is just bubble appearing and disappearing you have to shoot them fast

press reaction tests your reaction time, yout will have to pick which colours you want,it will stay on 1 colour then change, when it changes you have to time it right and click.

The reaction time is the best one to use.

The other ones you should stay away from because you have different sensitivity in game than you do out of game.

Old and overused. Defeats the purpose if your mouse sens and dpi outside the game isn't the same as in the game.
