can any 1 tell me how i can watch a crossfire replay on my pc when im not logged into crossfire or wot i need to use to do it.

I'm surprised nobody coded anything for that yet.

Maybe there's a way to convert the files into avi. or something else. I highly doubt it's possible though.

This is in the wrong section. It would be best if the OP could contact a MOD to move the thread to tech support.

OT: you cannot watch replays outside of the CF program, due to the fact that .cfr is only read by the game and nowhere else. There may be the small chance that out there there is a program to convert it into a viewable format (.avi or .mov or stuff like that).

Impossible. You need to be on CrossFire for you to be able to watch it.

There no way to do it. i believe that thr files are local to you're pc, but the that file is use to retrieve other files from the servers that aloow you to play it in CF, so yes. the mod's would have to extract the codes and some brainy person would have to recode it so we view in mic play or vlc...

The replay files just contain the game data -- player positions, weapons, firing, etc. There's no direct way to convert them to a video file

I wish cf made a better replay system i mean at least add rewind and forward buttons or even better is just having a crossfire player so u can view without cf runing easier for editors like me

Well a .avi ain't made to support a 3 dimention view that let you pick up between 'free view' '3rd person view' and first person view XD that's must be the reason (and also the views of the others)
