Wet, wet hawt shower with hawt water, I am a bit sleepy, but I need to stay awake 3 more hours, until going to sleep.
Reason: Just because I'm too sleepy to explain atm.
To be honest I kinda feel like a bit drunk, but not because of alcohol.
Stiff shoulders and back is a real pain.

also whenever I get stiffy stuffy, I do some excentric belgic and weird wormish move and snap all my bones

"Snapping" helps only, when I don't have headache. ^^'
In order to get my head back in order, I need to take long shower to open up the muscle -thingie a bit and then I use some hot herbal balm to release more tension.
And you are having just bad timing, since I'm just living weird time(for me) in life total.
I bet it'll pass, once I'm finished with my internship and will return back to school.

Not that stressed as I thought before starting it.
But it asks more energy than I was expecting. ^^' Because there's rather many things which are against my opinions and principles.

I'm lucky because all I do at work is sit on a comfy chair and drink coffee all day.
the only thing I disagree on is that they don't like the wallpapers I use, and force me to use something else.
