That's why we use our own forums for applications and our LT's know what they are doing when people need to be kicked in Charon. We've spent quite alot time to pick our LT's.
Keeps it simple for us. -

Oh they were involved and doing their best.You hate to kik a friend over them having a bad nite though.But once I got a lil loud I think they got the message.People forget its a game,relax and enjoy.Personally I hate kikn anymore unless it has to be done.Majority of my clan are pretty good friends so i hate to lose 1 over a match.As you can see by sheep's post,we occasionally get a immature member from time to time.And just like him,we'll get rid of the problem areas b4 long

But there should be only one "higher" member of the clan to deal with one subject.
If he/she can't deal with it, then he/she just delegates it to another one, who might be able to deal with it.

Means just a bit more work over it. And mostly it seems to work just fine.
And so far i have had no issues with anyone in Hostile. At least recently. And i'm the master of ignoring chat in game.

Lol that dont make you bad.In our last clan and start of this 1, I was quick to rage and kik w/o trying to talk things out.Got me nowhere but pizzed off at a game.We try our best to work it out w/o kicking but doesnt always happen.Anymore to me I rather go that route 1st and exercise all options b4 kikn em.Unless its just a dik and they deserve it.Lucky for that guy yesterday I kinda like them around. -
There was no need. V.b.D had the other core members that were easily annoyed by kids. (Me included) We were fast in giving the boot.No wonder I was bad lt.

I've done my share of rage kicking in Charon. But mostly i've tried to talk things out and give them another shot. Nowdays i'm just a name on a list in Charon most of the time. Weekends are usually rather hard on Sauna's activity. Too many nubs go drink their heads off. But we'll see. I'm up for it.

Lol I know. I couldnt believe it either. I told Fireman coming to west server was a bad idea but U guys still rolled us with the 200 pings. LoL -

I know but weekdays are ruff with work and time differance lol.We'll find a day that works best. -

West was horrible tho. We get around 150 on other NA servers.

Saturdays are in general our worst days. Usually just Zuci and me online and sometimes some random nub.
Even yesterday was a bit late compared to our normal times. Twas midnight when we stopped. Usually we stop at 11pm. -
