Morning.
Had to take pain meds for the first time in months. My back is getting worse again.
Maybe standing outside freezing for 2+ hours was not such a great idea after all.

Yeah, well..
I can't say much, since I stopped using painkillers when I was 15.
After that I have eaten maybe 5 painkiller /year.
If I have not a change to stay at home suffering the migraine.

I've had 4. And 2 red bulls. But i guess there's a small difference in our tolerance for it..

Maybe you can. But 10 cups a day will never give me half the energy you get from 2 cups.
