Terms and Conditions Update

In order to better clarify and serve our users we need to sometimes update our Terms and Conditions for our games. As such here is the latest of these changes that will be taking effect on November 9th, 2009.

Update:

[1.2] Selling or Purchasing of Accounts and Game Items
The attempt to sell or purchasing of game accounts, game currency, Z8 Points, Z8 Bonus Points, or anything for either real money or for another game currency/items is not permitted. Any player found doing so may/will receive a permanent ban without notice.
Players found advertising the selling of Z8 Points/Z8 Bonus Points will be banned for 1 week on their first offense and may/will receive a permanent ban if they continue. Players who also state that they intend to carry out anything stated in this section will be handled the same as those who have carried out the action.


Until these changes take effect please use the current Terms and Conditions for each our games.
