Highest rank banned for hack?

i know we all talk about how z8 doesnt ban people who buy ZP or who are high ranks, but does this prove otherwise http://clan.z8games.com/charstat_cf.aspx?usn=4277613 and hes number 44 on ban list but idk how to post that part

to get to that rank u almost have to have 50%xp or u have absolutely no life at all
