They are talking about the number of hackers in the game I guess, they see it increasing everyday and get scared. Yes, I think u make the point, they are only a small fraction, even inside the forummers. And the majority of the players don't care about hackers.

Ban system is not runned by anyone else but z8games. But it malfunctions occasionally. And there is lots of improvement can be done.
Vote kick, even implemented by G4Box, should be taken care by z8. If z8 also complain about the it is players' problem to misuse it, what can z8 do?

There is no logic in this statement. Yes players can say complain more about hackers, but as a represent for z8, you can not ask player to do so.

Only thing I can agree on, x-trap did a better job, at least than punkbuster in warrock.
But you should not depend on it. All the anti-hack is one step slower than hack. And the 1-step normally means longer time for the community to play with hackers than play without hackers.

it's funny how people continue to complain to z8games about the hacks but theoretically speaking, it's not even them. it's x-trap.
