crash at log in screen

When the gamestarts the game crashes and goes to the desktop, what do I do to fix this?
Btw I'm running Windows 7 64bit

I reinstalled it but the the it still as the same problem

Windows 7 is not supported by Gameguard / Crossfire yet.
