Questions about hacker reporting. Is it approved?
Ok, I just noticed the change of my report status. They are very fast, it looks like only take two days.
But hey, I got a problem. I reviewed all the replay before submit, but it seems all of them are still playing. For example, _WaRSTaR_, I reported him twice, both with aim bot. He was still playing till 3 days ago. I reported him several weeks ago. And I am so sure he is using auto-aiming.
........................
Maybe we need an confirmed/rejected instead of closed. But they might don't want the trouble to argue if it is correct.
Anyway, is there a way to know if the player being banned and when? I really want to know how precise was report. I am afraid they reject the replay because they can't find that IGN in the form.

Don't worry, you're not the only one who has questions about the report system. In fact, that's the reason why I stopped reporting cheaters.
Dude our clan doesn't tolerate hackers so you should report them as soon as you see one or send the replay to somebody so he can deal with it.
I still report but I just don't check. -
I mean, at least we should have approved and rejected instead of just closed in the status.
Several replay I submitted can really be used as tutorial for waller, because he don't hide it and preshoot several times in game and find that the target is still behind another wall. His last play is 3/23/2011. I reported like at least 1 months.
I am looking for clan now. If the player is not higher than STAFF SERGEANT, I would not report any more. It really take too much time to review replay. -

I agree with the approved and rejected thing. -
They need to add a banned list. I would like to know whether or not the people I report got banned. It doesn't even seem worth reporting people anymore. I've seen guys I reported weeks ago still using the same hacks, on the same account. For a while there, I was reporting like 5 people every single day for one-shot kills, but I see no point to it now, since there is no way of telling whether they were banned or not.

1 shot kill thing, I think you will found it is very hard to detect in replay. There is HP indicator there. So even if you report and it is really carefully reviewed, it still can not get approved.
The current report and replay system seems waste lots of reporter's and reviewer's time. There are thousands of suggestions to improve it but no MoD or GM is interested in it. It seems they have known every possible way and feel it is worth to spend time to discuss anymore.
So we can expect there is some surprise for us in the next patch, except those pink, glass, guns with rubber bullets. -
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B6tmAK8v3EY my video from a while back ya'll should atch it
.
I always wondered how many people reported me for hacking because everyday atleast 5 people say they are going to report me.
I never play GM mode, so you have no honor to be reported by me.
Find another thread to show off your skill. If you think you are as good as hackers, I can tell you someone with aimbot in TDM and is still active. You can try to beat them and enjoy your score. I wish you can make a new video about that result. -

I look up the names of the people I've reported. It shows their last play date. They haven't banned a single one. Some of which I reported 8 months ago. They don't ban hackers. They encourage hacking. Why do you think Brazil is still allowed to play?
