Super Rewards problem!

Hallo Leutz.

Kann es sein das "Free ZP" nicht richtig geht?
Denn seit Tagen versuch ich ZP zu bekommen aber es geht nicht.
Es steht das sie mir gutgeschrieben wurden, aber es stimmt nicht mal.

Habe mich sofort an den Support gemeldet, erst an den SuperRewards.
Die sagen das mir die Punkte überwiesen wurden.
Dann meldete ich das den Z8 Support.( so langsam das support von denen :( )

Die sagen nur:
"Survey providers are not affiliated with Z8games. Z8games has no control over any of their pricing structures or methods of payment including but not limited to SMS payments or the divulging of private information that some of these sites may require.

Please contact customer service of the survey company for missing points, thanks."

Und der Support von SREwards:
"Thank you for contacting us!

The points you're inquiring about have already been awarded and confirmed by z8games as received.

The points were sent to your user account on z8games at March 19, 2011, 11:28 AM CDT.
If you feel that you've not received these points, please contact z8games for assistance.
The id of your transaction is #133566773."

Das ist doch DUMM!
Melde ich wieder bei Support von Z8, die gleiche antwort.
Also bitte, was soll das den sein!

Ich hoffe die Z8 Leutz, können es irgendwie klären.

Mein Gott so lange warten und am Ende ne NULL für mich.

    cos ive done 7 surveys, all say viewed, but not rewarded me any zp

    It means it was considered, but they do not know whether it's ready or not.
    Therefore, if you do the survey, you have to end up making screenshot.
    Then you write to them because you did not get the zp. Dan and you get the after few days.
