Several Problems With Crossfire

i open crossfire and then i put start game and then like 2 minutes appears a window
saying nothing and i press the button and doesnt open its really weird
i ask some friends why it doesnt work and they said "uninstall and download"
soo i do that but doesnt work i tried like 6 times and doesnt work!

i dont think its a ban cuz i dont hack...

can some1 help me ?:(

Is it just a blank window that is all white? If so, try re booting your computer, if you down at the bottom right, you will see programs running, if you see a blue shield with a yellow arrow going through it, game guard is running, hover over it to close it. What happens is, when you close the game, and try to re start it to fast, game guard is still running and a window pops up with nothing on it. A simple reboot should work.
