download patch failed

Hi, I've had this game for awhile now and after deleting and uninstalling it (didn't play it much) I decided to get it again but when i try to reinstall it by downloading it from the site it says "error, failed to download patch" any ideas on how I can fix this? My pc is a Vista (doub tthat will help much) I did not have any applications running in the background.

If u want a good game,go to subagame and dll mat (mission against terror),It's a beta but his realy good game.
I have a council,go to subagame because Z8 suck hard...

haha, can't fault you there, I was looking back through some screenshots i had taken way back then when i was good enoguh to get a 4 kill streak with an anaconda, I still question wheather I can pull that off now and days XD Anyway I'll try it out, and out of curiousity I still would like to know what's wrong if anyone knows.
