It looks like an early version of the m60. By early I mean the first version. I do think it would be nice to have this ingame though. Just give the game a different fill when you have to lower the gun to reload the mag that is on top. I also like the looks.

It was made by the Czech Republik. No way it`s an M60 prototype.

It's a late 1950s weapon and I have not heard any stories of it being used in Modern Warfare, so I doubt it will be considered by the developers. Though it might be cool in game I suppose.

This is true, so the sights of the gun are slightly off target as they on the left of the gun. So you need to aim slightly to the left to keep on target.
