Screen BUG?

Hey guys i got a problem with my graphics. It looks like this:

I dont really know how it came up and thats my problem. Can u tell me how to fix it? i already tried to uninstall and reinstall game and also tried different drivers...
Kinda driving me crazy! It also doesnt make a difference if i selct windowed mode or full screen, as well as the resolution.
I got a Laptop from Samsung the R60 and i am using windows 7 32 bit.
Pls help me guys!

I am assuming its the large black border around the game window correct? Or if its something else then I need more sleep. XD
