Help please!

Hey guys, please help me if you can.

I just sent a web form yesterday for a technical probleme in CF,
When i log-in my account, there's a small blinking red enveloppe, and it says that admins have replied, well, when i click in that small enveloppe it just goes in my history web form.. but there is no awnser, so i tried it again but still does'nt work, and red enveloppe is still there blinking everytime i log-in. Please help!
