Threads locked with oneliners are 99 times out of 100 fully answered.
Once in a while the user doesn't understand it, in which case he can try thinking a little harder or PMing the mod.
The reason behind locking is the fact that if we don't, we're going to have 20 kids pretty much copypasting our reply for no reason at all, to appear helpful. And that really doesn't help anyone, as they usually throw in a few factual errors in an attempt to make their reply 'unique'.

What if the user wanted to ask other questions tho that related to the same topic. O.o

Sometimes others want to ask more.

Then he can make a new thread or PM a mod.

If its obvious that the mods reply isn't satisfactory (ie. presented in the form of a question) then the thread isn't locked.

The Z8Games forum has changed a lot over the past few years. I have been using this forum since Z8 started it, so I can tell you. See the SPACE in my Forum Name? lol...lol


The mods do help manage the forum a lot and they do influence forum members to do more positive things but they should be a bit more professional about the way they go about doing there job.

However, the mods that are around these days dont have the "Character" or Attitude like previous mods. The_Dark_Night parents rent form us so I know him because he uses my internet. He is an okay kid but Mod Giggletron was a bit harsh.

How come when people make a new thread tho its "Spamming" and you get infracted for it.

I think the best response to what I have said was just saying "PM a Mod" because anyone who makes more threads is just spamming and would get infracted. Just dont tell others to make other threads then infract them lolz.

Sometimes my questions arent exactly answered the way I wanted it to cause it was rushed and hushed.

You need to tell the community which kind of replay can be used by your guys to identify a hacker. If the report is created during review, then everyone just need to review it before report.

it takes more time that a correct report, right? And if you don't do anything to let others know, you should be deserved to be busy with wrong reports all day.

And if you don't let the community knows what you have done, you should expect to be asked what you have done.

Even if you can not bring back the ban list, you can have a thread of reports on how many accounts have been banned in the week, by autoban and by reports.
