Ontopic: Did you check if you start it in full screen? (Right click on launcher > properties > shortcut > execute set on ''normal window'')

If that didn't help, then I will look for it on teamviewer.

This problem was caused by my comp be zoomed in. when you comp loads right click on nothing select properties the display properties menu will pop up select setting tab click on advanced and set you dpi to normal. Hope this helps
