Disappearing Ribbons?

Did your Ribbons recently disappear? Did you panic and loose sleep over it?

Well fear no more CF Soldiers! They have been restored.


We are working on some internal improvements to the ribbon system, there was a small error in the code that caused ribbons to disappear from some accounts. They were just accidentally being hidden. They should be restored and your profile page should be back in order!

We apologize for the inconvenience!

"Hello,

We are glad that you do love the ribbon. However there will be nothing we can do about your block logs and the status of the ribbon. We won't ban anyone without sufficient evidence. We want people to play legitimately; there is nothing further we can do for you with this ribbon.

Sorry about the inconvenience."

What means this message? That my ribbon will not restaured?
I didn't understand a word of this message? What did they said that i was banned? Or what???

I deposited zp on valentines day and got the heart grenade but i still don't have the << i crossfire ribbon>> Can you do something about that?

I still don't have my honourable ribbon back. After being assured from customer support that it would be reinstated after being banned and later found innocent of doing anything wrong.
