Everytime i try to play the game it says "Corrupt"

It keeps saying that its corrupt....It won't let me play it.

I am having same problem.

I cannot play because when I try to boot game I get a corrupted file screen and it closes. How do I fix this? What do I need to do, please don't tell me to reload whole game.

That's pretty much all you can do... Reinstall or Redownload. Either way, it's not something that can be fixed with a magic word..

Don't be a jerk

I am not looking for magic, there may be a corrupted patch that can be re-installed if this has happened to others. Or a patch to repair the patch, unless you wrote these programs stop being a jerk. I have fixed a number of Windows programs and others by downloading a small patch instead of reinstalling the whole program for 2 hours. So please don't be a jerk, if you have no truly helpful information please don't get involved.

I'm not being a jerk.. But if you want to try and fix a patch problem you'd have to go into the cfr files which are restricted to those who own the game. Z8games doesn't host any fix patches for a problem... You either know how to fix it, or you keep reinstalling and redownloading to by-pass the problem.

My only helpful information is to reinstall and have the computer re-download the patches. Maybe a refreshing of the patches will help, maybe a re-download will help.. But z8games does not have any fix-a-patch's on hand and the users cannot access the cfr files without hacking.

The recent patch has NO corrupted files..

if that was true then everyone would have it..

since there are a wide variety of reason the files could have been corrupted and a wide variety of corrupted files, it wouldnt be practical to make a patch for the patch..

something on your pc has screwed up the files... most like an anti virus modifying or deleting files that are needed.


It will be simply repaired by redownloading.. its effort.. im sure.. but the most practical and simple way.

Even the MOD agrees with me... I don't like being the barer of bad news but it's all that can be done.

not a patch has corrupted files ... a new client when installing have often .rez file-corruption. well here should be older versions for ppl with those trouble ... i tried many clients ... v1049 installs fine on my win7x64 ... all what need to do after it to wait till ptched to current version(1058?1061).

could be packet loss, bad memory cards ETC affecting downloads.

im not saying you are a jerk for the bad news of having to download the whole game but for the magic comment, I m not stupid is what I was saying I know there is no magic fix but maybe a patch for the patch, or a way to redownload the last patch since it just happened at the last patch, I was playing the day of the patch before midnight and now I cannot get on. I need a fix, i am stuggling not being able to play and would like a short cut. So it is not the bad news of re-downloading, I just felt you were talking down to me and did not appreciate it. I do appreciate the help.
