Crate weapons

The only people who call crate weapons "overpowered" are people who are too cheap to spend money on this game and win them. They have no idea what they are talking about. Most of the crate guns are simply a normal GP gun with a new skin and +5 ammo. There is nothing "noobish" in using good guns.
Yeah, some of the crate guns are better, but they're not too overpowered... It is the same in any game you play. If you are willing to spend more money on items on the game, you will have better items. The bottom line is this: Better guns cost more money. If you are willing to spend more ZP/GP, you will have better guns. You can buy normal guns for GP if you want, or you can put a bit of extra money or time into the game to buy better guns. -

It's pretty decent, comparing with M12 (you can't kill with a single shot in the head or something like that, but yeah, the magazine makes it a spray gun). -

nice, this is pretty much it :]
well, they can get better weapons at the market anyways (m12s and the SL :x) -

M4 and AK (gp version, ofc) are enough. You don't need to waste money on this game to get "nice" guns. -

haha yup
Those 2 guns are the only 2 on the game that I personally would call overpowered... If GP guns are better than the best guns ZP can buy, they are overpowered. -

True... they are both nice guns. I have nothing against people who don't buy ZP/ZP weapons. I'm just saying that you get what you pay for, and if people don't want to spend money on slightly better guns, they shouldn't QQ when they get owned by those slightly better guns.
P.S. Sorry for the double post xD -

Which ones and why? o.o
I've been flamed by using a ton...
AK47-Knife, M4-C, Deagle-C, Winchester (-.-), and Barretta AR-70.
M4-C has very low kill time and bullet spread is tight. I personally don't think it's OP and most people don't complain about it. Definitely way above average gun tho.
Berretta is crazy good, IMO. I don't own it, but every time I pick it up some heads roll. The accuracy isn't great, but the spray pattern makes it incredibly good when aiming for the body. Also damn good for HS's.
AK knife was supposedly UNDERpowered, compared to the other AK's. Dunno why anyone would flame about it.
Winny is flat-out terrible. Anyone who dies by this gun should cry in shame instead of complaining.
Deagle C is a good gun. Not necessarily OP but I don't like that so many SPOP's use it. I hate SPOP's =.= -

Thanks for saying why :P
But if you compare the M4-C spray with other M4's you'll see a difference. Its weird, IMO...maybe because it has a higher recoil and firing rate which makes the spray show up faster.
Winchester could get a buff...or two...or 10. :SM4 and AK (gp version, ofc) are enough. You don't need to waste money on this game to get "nice" guns.
Respect. When I first played CF my first gun was the M4A1 then the AK47 and Deagle. They were the elite weapons at that time. Still are. But of course...you'll get bored after a while. I wanted some variety...if you know what I mean
-
but neither could have the same accuracy as the m4a1-c

hmm it depends on what range we're talking about here... With the M4A1-C, you have good accuracy across a map, but if you're at mid-range, the Scar Light can get off about the same number of shots per burst. Also, the Scar Light's reload owns the M4A1-C's reload. With the M12s... you can basically shoot any distance and still be able to get 4-5 shots per burst. Overall though, I think the M4A1-C is better than the M12s because of its higher damage. However, the Scar Light is, in my opinion, a better weapon than the M4A1-C. -
Crate OP guns?
thompson- 60 rnds a drum with no little recoil. only con 4 that gun is the range. woulda been better if they had it with a mag for only 20 shots
kriss isnt OP its just pro IRL. still no skill 2 use tho.
another OP crate gun is the m12. they hand em out in crates now its gay. u get them for 7 days and noobs just load up on that till they rank and get it perm -

no u just gotta get good with it. its an awsome pub/ non-tryhard gun. i love it for its 100% box dmg and i got 4 of em
Winny is basically like a shotgun. My play style is long-range, so we are incompatible :P
Also, what the hell was the point of putting a scope on a gun that does 1 damage at long range? -.-' -

M4-C is only good for about 4 shots in the same spot, then the recoil gets out of control. But you're right that the higher ROF is what causes the high recoil. Technically the recoil is the same as the other M4's, it's just more noticeable. Also, if you think that's bad, try the Gold M4. ROF is WAY higher to the point where it's pretty much unusable.
Winchester should be a 2hit kill no matter what the distance, or possibly 3 MAX. That freaking thing is hard enough to use without me having to shoot some guy a dozen times for a kill across the map.
I agree that having variety is nice. I have a lot of good guns but I enjoy using my "average" guns like M4 and the AK the most, especially if I just feel like relaxing. When I'm using a M4-C everyone always expects me to do really well, but when I have a scarH I'll get more props for the same scores :P I wanna get pro with some turrible guns; next is the Famas ;D -
The Thompson is what I consider OP. It's so easy to use, not only that, its very powerful.
Minimi is also an OP weapon. Despite how much I love it, I'll admit its an OP weapon because its got the lowest recoil out of the MG. Not to mention how its got the most versatility out of all MGs
Ak-Knife OP? Nahhhh -

AK47-Knife, M4-C, Deagle-C, Winchester (-.-), and Barretta AR-70.
AK47 Knife.. All the AK47 variants are pro weapons that take skill to use. None of them are OP.
M4A1-C gets called OP by those who are jealous. I take out people using it all the time with my AK47-CAMO. It's really not that great of a weapon in my opinion.
The D-Eagle CAMO is an amazing weapon, and not OP. It's a freakin' pistol for crying out loud. :l
The Winchester is another pro weapon. Damage drops horribly over distance, but if you get them close AND manage to hit them(Because it scatters more than a noob spraying with an M60) then as a reward, you get a one shot kill.
The Barretta AR-70 in my opinion has to much power for the recoil. Consider the round it fires and all that, shouldn't do what it does, with such low kickback. The only thing close to a noob weapon is the AR-70, which I still manage to take them down easily. Just saying.Only tommy and kriss are noobish crate guns... Spray weaps and using them it's the same as lack of skill.. no offense
If you consider that the Kriss fires a .45 ACP round with a Super-V recoil reduction system which reduces muzzle climb by 90%.. It's only noob if you spray with it. I burst 3-5 rounds with mine, and I still usually have a clip left over on Lab when I kill 3-5 Ghosts. -
AK47-halloween, Winchester, thompson...
If the AK47-Halloween is OP, wouldn't every other AK47 be OP? Use some sense...
And Winchester? I would LOVE to hear why its OP.

I find this in most people. They have a decent weapon, they do legit with it. But without that decent weapon, they can't be legit, can't do anything... lol
(I saw it happen to some of my friends on CF. They had like M4 Adv 7 days or MP5 Adv... after it expires their kdr dropped back down.)
So... my new saying:
"The M4 Custom is very reliable... but you are not"... XD
^ Well, you can consider Scar Light too.
