Whisper Problem

I can whisper, but people just don't see it. Why is it like that? Please help me

No, not for me. If i whisper to an offline, it says unable to whisper, which means it's working. But when some people whisper to me, and i wanna whisper back, they don;t see it

had the same problem the other day turned off my modem for 20 seconds and logged back into cf worked fine

he means if your friend is in the same game as you and you whisper them it will register as they recived the whisper but they wont actualy see it on there screen and it does not say unable to send message on yours

personaly i find it very annoying when i can easly whisper someone during a game and then all of a sudden unable to whisper

If you try to add someone to your freinds list and they decline you, you would be able to whisper to them but they won't be able to whisper back.

Some random people would add me and obviously when i decline, they would be able to whisper me but I'm not able to whisper back...

Basicly they are blocking you.

well considering its not that they cant whisper back its that there not receving the message thats sent to them

Uhm.. It could be an issue/error with your account. Send in a support ticket and GMs would take a look into it.
