client mfc application

when i play one game in any server and any game i play well and there is no problem but when i want tp play second game it said to me

" client mfc application has encountered a problem and need to close . we are sorry for inconvenience.

if you are in a middle of something , the information you are working on might be lost "


this is the meesage which send to me and then i click close and i must start the game again pls iwant anyone to tell me how to prevent this problem i have windows xp sp3
