wtf is happening i go to launcher press start game and it says missing shell blah blah blah.another error is that sometime i start it and it opens up a window saying nothing.some1 pls help me.

This might sound silly but did you try to turn off Firewall or anti-virus software?The same thing happened to me on another game when I was using ESET Nod32. I am just throwing that out there,hope it helps.

I had this problem once. I clicked start game, it said shell missing, clicked ok, but the only thing different from you is it still carried me to the game. I think if there wasn't any problems with the servers you would go straight to the game. Just wait and see. Even if you got that problem fixed more than likely you would run across the same error alot of people are having. Just my opinion.
