Stop QQ. First of all disable your antivirus programs and if that doesnt work then redownload the newest version of crossfire. -
I have the same problem for over a week. Don't use firewall, reinstalled the game -> after patcher loaded 93% it wouldn't get in the game. Today it shows me the old error "File is changed : W[2007] L[0] crossfire.exe". Could this be some kind of IP bann, cuz there are lots of guys on the same IP as me

Since no one else is having this problem en mass I suggest that it might be an issue with the configuration or software on your computer.
Our suggestion is with the first reply. Try making sure you disable your anti virus. Some free virus programs work in similar ways to some hacks. When they start scanning (as you are running the game) the game picks up some changes being made to its software (when its being scanned). And then kicks you out.
Other things like Macro Programs can also cause these kinds of errors.
Try to disable or close as much other software as you can. Then slowly turn it back on to see which one is giving you the most troubles with disconnects. Then you can use our support system http://support.z8games.com to report a potential software conflict so we can have a look at work with the developers to get it solved.
Moaning about someone not doing their job is not going to solve the problem. There are millions of computers with different configurations. It's impossible to make it work with everything on the first go. -

damn...me to...since yesterday night when i was going to cw to uk clan...
EDIT: i have dual boot in laptop...cant play in win xp with avast free and win7 with eset (all OS in 32bits) so its not a antivirus problem...i think it´s x-trap issue cause is scanning or something... before last patch never hapened

So i tried not to run Gamebooster2...and i can play;)
damn... gamebooster gives me more fps(35\60)...if i dont use it=15\30fps burn laptop buuurn -
Like many other people suggested, end all un-necessary processes from your taskbar and from Task Manager. 90% chance that it will be solved that way.
By the way, people would be much more friendly if you talked in a civilized manner, with correct spelling and grammar and no profanities. -

issue
I am got the same issue, but so far only on clan server
hak tool detected (1)(50) smth like that
game crashed had to open again
each time I opened the game was fine, until connecting to uk clan server
then I got the error again
had to restart the pc to get rid of it
but this is somehow lame, as there are lots of hackers that can play the game just fine.. legit ppl get hak tool detected error messages and game crashes
way to go.. -

But i dont use any anti-virus.
It's your problem, like those hakers who can fool your cra**y hack tool.
Its ur problem, almost every people i know have the same problem.
And wtf? Since this last patch i notest higher lags, and not depends of who's in room...
Laggers or not... I lag!
And it only in this game, CA its running smootly.
Or not... I dont care, vacations come and hakers will atack in force again...
Poor of us... God bless clean players cause Z8 bless dirty ones!!
) I'll post any software problems I find. Best solution is formatting, but let's skip it for now, no one wants to do that..
