GameGuard problem

I have a problem with gameguard.
open the game, carry on startgame appears the image of the gameguard and disappear after does not happen any more and locks the computer. needed some help, because I tried everything.

look guys redown load as your files are still on scuba games once redownloaded works fine duh

wrong i tryed it... the best 1 found to fix that it was restaure my PC
