Is there any way that we can directly talk to GMs (like a chat or smth) without using the ticket system? I already waited 41 hrs and no response to a Account Information Request ticket. Need some help right here.

If you use IRC, you can access them when they come on. Other than that, they are busy working in the office.

The GMs almost never visit IRC. If you absolutely need to talk to one, ask a mod. However, virtually all problems that would require a GM can be handled through the support system.

You cant PM any GMs. Ive been PM'd by Hpx but i could'nt reply to them because it was blocked.
