I went and spent 1400 bonus points to get 6 crates and I got nothing . I did everything correctly. Can someone please look into this for me.

Account support isnt available on the forums. Please send in a support ticket and theyll help you from there. If you didnt already check, go to black market. Owned crates, and see if they are there. If not send in a support ticket theyll beable to help.

hey maybe u didint look in ur own crates go to gp bonus crates in blackmarket or restart ur computer and then open ur own crates again ull see im sure...

the bp mall isnt what it seems.....

for example the ak silver which will now have a normal clip of 30

i got some b4 also and it doesnt show up in your items on the web site. you have to go in game n open em like reg crates. pointless i didnt win crap, n my friend bough 1 n won the dam aug camo....
i hate him lol

hmmmz, are you sure you checked the GP crates?

remember that the crates from BP malls are GP, not ZP, so go to black market and switch to GP crates first.

if they ain't there either, you'd better send in a ticket to the GM's via support, you can get to the support page via this link:

Correct. However, it will also be a 30/120 gun. In other words, it has a full clip more than it's normal counterpart.

If you have the extra-clip for rifles, that means the AK-silver is going to have a total of 180 bullets. 20 less than an M60.

It's still better than the regular AK.

have you tried logging out and back in again
sometimes stuff from the mall won't show in-game
until you've refreshed your account in this way

Same thing happened to me. Just send a support ticket and they will straighten things out for you
