Ping/lagg problem

as u see i got 90 ping and i got my computer is like7 months ago.
But weird thing is when i shoot some1(AWM) jumping i shoot him/her(more than my ping) i see blood and they don't die and i'm like wow and when i shoot some right in the chest if some1 is moving they don't die either. I'm soo mad and i always get twitch killed like 1 or 2 feet. This is making me really mad plz help any suggestions?

That test doesnt prove anything regarding your connection to the server (located in Canada).

As for gamebooster, that only helps out with your processor (essentially helps with FPS).

Wow that is some slow internet. is your internet connection one of those 3g USB things you get from mobile phone providers? if so i would suggest getting real internet.

I just did a test on speed test.net and pingtest.net here are the results

the servers must be near or in montreal because i get a ping of 111-124 in game, i have to say it isnt bad considering my location.

Im paying for 8mb download and 876kbps upload.

I have 1MB. 120kbs download.
These are my test. My regular ping in game is between 105-115

Since the last patchs my ping is being so erratic170-300
The first game I joined today 400-11k ping.
wttf?
There is not any changes from my ISP or my PC.

My download is about 1.5
upload is about 0.4
I live in Texas

I get 54-59 ping in all the servers
Only problem is when i lag spike, i go to like 7000 and stay there for like 20 mins.

Ive done ping and speed tests to the servers in Canada, and i should be getting 130 ping.

I was getting this ping up until the patch on 10th October, now i'm getting 190 ping, and i cant play between 4pm BST and 11pm BST because my ping just ends up going between 250-600 making it unplayable.

It sucks, and z8 wont admit it's problem with servers, so we're kinda fighting a losing battle.
