i didn't receive my hero ribbon. i know i did it all, same with my clan mates. we did it in a private room etc. i haven't received it yet? - anyone else in the same position?

Basically, today is Monday. All of timezone should be in line with the serve time clock of the CF launcher. Just wait until the end of the day.

I'm waiting for the flood of threads complaining about how Z8 is lazy and incompetent because the badge isn't on people's profiles yet. Even though it is still only 9:15 a.m. in the Toronto time zone. Even though the Z8 staff were stand up guys who offered another chance to get the ribbon because of Flash Friday and the server issues all weekend. Even though they really didn't have to run the event in the first place and give out anything for playing HM.

You will have to wait. Last week I got mine thursday if I'm not mistaken (didn't get it monday and got the 7 day Assassin on thursday). So wait until thursday before complaigning and even then, send a support ticket first, don't make a thread just for that.

While we appreciate that you saw it was Monday and that we said we would hand the Ribbons out on Monday. It didn't mean 12:01am on Monday.

We are in the process of getting the ribbons out to all those who qualified.

We will make sure to be more clear about when the ribbons are being delivered (down to the hour) next time.

If they cant read properly its not your foul!
