Players can't help ya on that issue, thats just a thing that the support can solve.

Forum bans are different than game bans. If you have been unblocked by the system you should still be able to play. If you are unable to, then you need to send a support ticket. And if you've been infracted enough times for inapporpriate behavior (including avatars) then you'll get an automatic forum ban. Depending on the severity of the ban, that could be anything from permanent to temporary.

I'm not sure why you expect the public to have an answer for you here. In order to resolve this kind of thing you need to take it to a GM or the support system. Account ID's will have to be provided and private information may have to be exchanged.

Unless you want everyone on the forums to know this secure and private information why bother posting this kind of stuff.

Take it up with support or a PM to a GM.

They show ZP buyers on it. The ones that aren't shown are "under investigation".
