If you bought ZP with a credit card and the payment failed, you get banned.
If you're under investigation, you can't play.
If you hacked, you can't play.

Not all bans are listed on the blocked list, submit a support ticket from an alternative account to confirm why you're banned.

I would like to but i cant access z8games n did buy zp with a credit card n it didnt come till about 3 mins so it didnt fail so tht cant be it.
