Well , Personally I like both of em since I own em both (no showin off xD) but yeah , I have to agree on what you said about the style. It would of been so HOT if it had a Glow. Would of been the sexiest weapon in the game ^^, Exept that , I don't mind the spray on both. M4a1-cc is actually quicker so if you add to it an extra clip , sprayers are happy. For some reasons when you scope in the m4a1-cc it's pretty different comparing to the m4a1-c , when you hold shift it will almost constantly hit exactly straight , and not that much with the m4a1-c

Here's how I will kill you
1. Chuck a smoke to conceal my location
2. Chuck a drag to weaken you
3. Chuck a flash to temporarily blind you
4. Close in for the finishing blow
Knife ur face if I'm trolling u, 1 deag if I'm feeling lucky, and spray 35 bullets of m4cc into your ass if I'm feeling nooby.

Pretty good, but there are a couple of flaws with your argument:
First, as stated previously, you are at a greater distance from target with the CC, so you can't really compare spray patterns in that way.
Second, the difference in damage is only significant at close range, because at every other distance it's still a four-shot kill for both guns.
Third, because both guns are four-shot kills, what you really should be concerned with is kill time. And because the CC has a faster ROF, its kill time is lower, and therefore it's the better choice if you're fighting enemies with 100hp. Under the right curcumstances (where damage of 1-3 rounds of m4 custom > HP of target > 1-3 rounds from custom crystal), the kill time of the regular M4 custom might be better, but as far as reliability is concerned, the CC will kill faster most of the time.
