Its not just randomness, it has something to do with calculation and math stuff like that, how computer randomnize the stuff.. There was a site about it, but thats enchanting things with Maplestory..

I think that ppl w/ Speedy Defuse/Setup have a higher chance to get C4 maybe....

a computer can never work in a totally random method, there is always a sequence to it. I spent over 100k ZP on crates and got nothing ended up getting my m4a1-custom from coupons.
