Peeking and prefiring

anyone want to give me a few tips or pointers on peeking and prefiring o.O.

sometimes when i peek out i peek too much... how do u know when its the amount.

and as for prefiring.... how do u guys do it

I don't prefire alot, unless I feel like running around with my rpk ;D I find that prefiring gives out my position before I actually shoot the guy. For the peeking, try quickly popping back behind the wall in between your shots.

for prefire i just prefire several shots when i need to

yea i personally only prefire when i hear you coming or one of my team members notifies me that you are there.
as for peeking out i have to agree with the previous person it's only to be done just far enough for you to see.

Probably why you always lose in our 1v1's eh.

No point in prefiring every box, but if someones been camp behind a certain box all game you'd be stupid not to prefire it.

Listen to footsteps and then prefire. Easy as that.

literally "peek" don't look to long or you will die
prefire ONLY when you know or think an enemy is there

use sound to gage how close they are and that way u can prefire coming around a corner

I don't prefire unless its scrimming or 1vs 1. For pubs. just practice clutching...

Another reason why you would prefire, is if you both saw each other, and the other guy ducked behind cover. I would fire a few shots every so often at head height around peek distance next to the cover. Just to keep him pinned there till backup arrives.

Obviously keep moving while doing that and keep the prefiring random intervals
