Bp crates

I just spent 1400 BP to get 6 GP crates. I went to the blackmarket to open my crates and they weren't there. PLZ HELP!!!! It deducted my BP but I didn't get the crates

Well when you bought it, did it tell you that it was going back to the page before? Idk I bought it, waited for the page to refresh, logged on, there was my Ak Silver.

I waited for the page to refresh also, and it told me to go MY ITEMS. But there is nothing there.
