issue with the untimate game card payment option

I dont kno if you guys noticed, but if you go out a purchase a ultimate game prepaid card. they generally sell for $20. with that amount, at most you can purchase 20000 ZP for $17.49 but what about the $2.51 that still remains in that prepaid card.
1. you cant use that remaining amount for any other game. (company rule)
2. you cant buy anything from z8 for that little amount.
3. Im not sure, but i do not think you can add money to that same prepaid card so u cant bring the balance back up to $17.49 to make yet another ZP purchase.
4. Im also not sure if you can trasfer funds from one prepaid card to another.
a simple solution to this maybe to change the cost from $17.49 to $20.00 for 23000ZP? so we can get the most for our money
