How to report a hacker Guide
I was looking in crossfire support section and it appears it doesn't show the new method of how to report a hacker so i have attempted to clarify how to report them by editing their existing thread.
Apologies if there is a updated thread out there already
1. How do I report a hacker?
In order to take full action against hackers they must analyze a replay file as evidence. Match replays can be saved in Cross Fire by clicking the "Save" button on the results screen after the match is over. Once saved, this file will appear in "C:\Users\username\Documents\Cross Fire\Replay".Its worth noting they you don't need to change the file name before you save the replay.
The support section you will find here
http://support.z8games.com/webform_new.aspx
Click the web form option then select crossfire/hacking report
Submit the replay in the [Replay File (*.cfr file) of Hacker:*] of a support ticket at the bottom of screen along with the suspected hacker's in-game name,Hacking type, the time the hacker was playing, and any other additional information or screenshots you might have.
For Example the round number(E.G. if in TD or S&D mode)
Its also helpful if you print some screenshots for additional proof.
You can do this by installing Fraps software(free) or by pushing the print screen button on your computer using the windows built in software. Then you can upload these screenshots to a website like photobucket.com(also free). Then copy the link into the comments section
I also try to add a description in comments for example if a player appeared in round 3 and then left round 6.Or If was using a combination of hacks i.e One shot kill and walk through walls.
When you're finished push submit and then its job done. You can send as many hack reports daily as you like as they do not count towards your daily ticket limit
Hope this helps some of the newer crossfire players who were not sure exactly how to report hackers. If i missed anything out please leave your comments.
Edit>Apologies I forgot to put this in the guide section.Maybe a mod could kindly move this thread.

I needed this guide few week before, where u was earlier ?
Its never to late to start reporting hackers.I made this guide because somebody in another thread i made requested specific info on how to report hackers.I couldn't find an upto date thread so i made one. -
After filling the data and file off the match is not reported and these observations appear in red
Rounds should be integer
Rounds number is 0-99
What should I do?
You do what the report says, input an integer between 0-99. Meaning, in the game, we have rounds from 5, 7, 9, and 13. For instance, in a 13 round Ghost Mode match, I saw a hacker chamming around at round 8. In the hacking report, I would input 8.
And to those that do not play S&D or GM, you input the general time in the comments, and leave the round number to 0. -

The only thing you can do is look at his profile and see if he is A)still active and B)if he still has honourable ribbon.Thats about all you can do i think.

but i don't found him, Is he reported?
I mean banned permanently -

Are you sure you typed in the exact IGN. I must admit i went and looked over all the hackers i reported the other day and 2 of them also the same thing happened. I was wondering if maybe they spent some zp and changed their IGN. -

For the rounds hacking occured you must enter a number.Unless it happens in TD then just enter a 1 as there are no rounds. -
Hi
About knowing if the hackers have been banned or not in the Support area you can always go to:
--» Contact Us
» Contact History
And see if your ticket is:
* Open = Support ticket has been submitted and will be answered in the order it was received. Please be patient.
* Replied = Support ticket has been answer and is awaiting attention.
* Pending = We require further information to proceed. Please reply back with the correct requested information.
* Closed = Ticket has been closed due to being completed, no longer needed, or considered spam.
By the way i have some question about this:
1-How is possible to submit a ticket and in the next minute he is alredy Closed?
2-Did anyone got banned of this game? Bcz i have alredy submited 5 tickets (all of them got immediately "Closed") of hackers and not even one got banned.
3-In the: "Support" / "Cross Fire" / "User Abuse/Hacking" it says:Author wrote:1. How do I report a hacker?

Match replays can be saved in Cross Fire by clicking the "Save" button on the results screen after the match is over. Once saved, this file will appear in "C:\Users\username\Documents\Cross Fire\Replay". You will then need to host the file at a location where we can download it. We suggest uploading the file to www.megaupload.com or www.mediafire.com. Submit this link in the contents of a support ticket along with the suspected hacker's in-game name, the date the replay was taken on, and any other additional information or screenshots you might have.
So, are we supose to just send the replay video whit the ticket or we have to host it for they to download it?
I just started (seriously) playing CrossFire, and i want to know if there is any real action taken agains the Hackers, if not i will not waste my time whit this game.
I understand that there are hundreds of tickets submited everyday but putting a "Closed" mark on Hacking tickets at the minute they are submited shows a total lack of respect for players (the paying customers in this business) and their work.
Have a nice day ^^
