I have the same problem...
I heard rumors that pay by cash is being bought by Visa.
So there might be transmission errors.
Either that or the current UGC's may just be obsolete because of this, which would be stupid.
I'll wait another day or two, If its not working by then I'll send a support ticket.

Head to PlaySpan and find 20K ZP for CrossFire on it. Enter the pin on ur UGC and it'll give u a ESN code. Copy the ESN code and paste it in "Redeem Code" (found beside "Prepaid Card" after going to Deposit). U'll need a PlaySpan acc tho. Worked for me today. -
