You need one more ribbon. Send a support ticket saying this: " My account is missing the noob farmer ribbon. Please give it to me so i can get my M4CustomCrystal".

You should get it very fast like this.

i have 20 aswell and dont have it, but i do see people with 21 or more that have it . So its more like 21 or more ribbons you will have it.

You will get it at the same time you'll get your 21st ribbon... lets do maths:

20 ribbons = 1 extra ribbon
20 ribbons = 21 ribbons
21st ribbon = m4a1CC

I saw people have 20 ribbons and got M4 custom crystal. FYI: The player profile page updates every 3 hours and the clan page updates once a day.

nice Math, I guess the conclusion would be whoever gets the "My ribbons are made of crystal" would get M4A1 custom crystal. I think we solved the riddle...

i think on the ribbon info page, we have the reward column. and we have 5000 gp reward for collecting 10 ribbons. so admins should put the M4 custom crystal on the reward column too
