Mp7 - The Gun
The MP7 is a German submachine gun manufactured by Heckler & Koch (H&K) and chambered for the 4.6x30mm cartridge.
It holds 40 rounds has low damage, a high fire rate and weighs little.
The accuracy decreases over a distance but its quite acceptable for close range encounters.

The Mindset Of An Mp7'ist
While using an Mp7 you need to be in a relaxed easygoing state of mind.
You must be prepared to take risk and you must have a good sense of timing.
You must be prepared to take some damage for your kills but if you are good enough you will always come up on top.
You must also think about the kill before you go for it (if theres time)
You want to force the enemy into positions YOU want them to be in.
Always have the upper hand and make sure to engage in a small narrow area using suprise as a key factor. -
Using an Mp7
First thing is you want to find out about the gun. The mp7's spray pattern goes up and left but its nothing noticeable.
The fire rate is excellent as is reload speed. Keeping this in mind you need to figure out your plan of attack.
there are two ways:
-Rusher, sprint foward decimating everything in your path and causing a lot of damage but having less kills.
-Tactician, Use cover, think smart and be prepared
Try and engage in narrow places where you can literally "mow" down the enemy with that amazing fire rate.
Run from cover to cover and never stay in the open for long.
Try and get in close and if possible, from behind, to attack an enemy.
Use the element of suprise, this will give you that extra second of fire that the mp7 needs to counter its low power.
DO NOT attack from long range unless you have a handy escape route near.
Make sure you keep moving when fighting as a moving, jumping target is so much harder to hit.
Use the fact you have a speedy reload to your advantage. If you get behind a wall then RELOAD!
Do not waste bullets spraying or trying to get lucky, leave that to your secondary. -
Recognising Situations
While using an Mp7 you need to be able to quickly assess a situation. From there you can decide whether to attack, run or counter fire.
Most people believe its weak to run away from an enemy. I believe its weak to stay there and get 0 kills as opposed to the 5+ you could have gotten.
Make sure you kill steal! If an opponent is fighting an enemy, LEAVE HIM. Let the teammate take the damage and you finish the guy off.
Yes it's mean but a kill is a kill and they are all written down the same!
You want to be able to tell yourself EXACTLY what will happen and what route you will take in the next round.
From there you are 1 step closer to being able to manipulae your enemy.
After that think where you WANT your opponent to be and then lastly figure out how your going to get him there.
Since most people dont come into matches with an exact battleplan of routes they will take a steady grenade is all it takes to divert ones path from left to right. -
Using your environment
Using your environment is extremely important while using an mp7. When possible stick to small narrow places such as inside buildings where your fire rate has a natural advantage.
Keep away from wide open spaces and DO NOT camp. This will only lead to you dying in a horrible array of broken body pieces.
Know your enemy. Try and get into there mind and think what you would do in there position. Then act on it.
Use sounds to stay 1 step ahead of other players and be ready at all times. Make sure you know the map well. -

Nah if you are good with an mp7 you can pwn even decent ak47'ers easily. Its all about timing experience and you surrounding mapgood guide except in my opinion you have to be mad or wanting a challenge to use the mp7. it isn't a great gun considering all the others that are better

actuatltulya the mp7 is a uprgarded version of the mp5 being made more compact and instead of fireing pistol round it fires rifle rounds but yeh like most guns in cf the uprgaded verison is worse (47to74) etc
isnt the MP7 supposed to the Heckler & Koch's response to FN's P90? -
imo MP5 > MP7
Higher accuacy, more ammo (in total), faster reload
Guide is not that bad, but a lot of things are just general advices, not hints to improve your MP7 skills. Surprising from back, check the situation, be mean and steal kills...even the "max power at close combat" thing, I mean, hey it's a SMG, they're all strongest at close combat
