i also saw many people with 20 ribbons withoout that gun (me included)
but i noticed something ... all those with 20 ribbons and military intelligence got the gun ... and those with 20 ribbons without military intelligence didn´t get the gun o.O
So is military intelligence required for the m4 cc? o.O

As it says in the update, 20th ribbon gives you the gun, so yes its true. May have to wait a few days once you get the 20th ribbion to get the gun tho.

but it would be unfair, when i really need especially this ribbon o.O cause 20 ribbons are 20 ribbons.. there doesn't stand anything that you need special ribbons.. or not?

no.. maybe they had not 20 ribbons who had no military intelligence..

or maybe it was a bug..

to topic:

all players who earn 20 Ribbons will get for the 20 ribbons the ribbon "My Ribbons are made of Crystal" = 21 Ribbon... and after earning this ribbon u will get the M4 C.C. permanently
