did yu update yur direct x and all those other graphics/gaming related updates? if yu tried every single method everyone has given yu i suggest yu just format yur computer =]

it happens to me too
not always, but it happens
my graphic card is up to date, so that's not the problem

i'd rather wait for a patch rather than delete 200gb worth of data from my computer

There is no way this is a problem with their computers if several people has got this black-screening, including me. Just look at that thread in Tech Support with the GM talking about black screening. They admitted it was their problem so they're fixing it.

It isn't happening to everyone, so it has to deal within your computer and the game.

I've been having this issue as well, and I know for a fact EVERYTHING is up to date on my computer because I'm just that anal. It doesn't happen very often for me, most matches exit just fine.

FYI formatting is likely not going to fix this.

A reinstall MAY however, so be sure to try that. And while I really don't think this is related to your video card, making sure you have the latest drivers is always a good tip.

We're still working on tracking the root cause of this error down.

It's random enough to cause problems. But not every computer experiences this every time.

It's not our problem..we have good drivers up to date..this problem appear afther the last patch 21.10.2009 .
