I have a major problem, and I need some advice

Well, I have a major problem. I bought some zp when the August patch came out, and I got 4 very valuable weapons from the black market( I wont name them for privacy reasons). I played a bit and took some screenshots in game, as well as screenshots of my inventory. After a short while, my game froze, and I got a message saying "disconnected from server". When I logged back in, all 4 of my weapons were gone. I sent some support tickets, and support said they were going to fix it. Two weeks later, they sent me a message saying that they checked my account and that there was nothing wrong with it. What should I do?
